PREDICTION MODEL
T1 colorectal
Colorectal T1 LNM nomogram (Kajiwara / JSCCR)
Predicts lymph-node metastasis (LNM) probability after endoscopic treatment of colorectal T1 cancer. Six-factor multivariable logistic model from Kajiwara 2023 (GIE; derivation n=3080). Total points treat SM ≥2000 μm as 100 on the nomogram scale. Values may differ slightly from the official site. GI Calc uses the published figures — the actual β coefficients — from the paper.
Sex
Tumor location
Cecum to lower rectum. Sites with the same points share a coefficient.
Histology
Predominant type. G1 = papillary / well-differentiated tubular; G2 = moderately differentiated; G3 = poorly differentiated, mucinous, or signet-ring
Lymphovascular invasion
Lymphatic or venous invasion
SM invasion depth
JSCCR absolute measurement from the MM, or from the head/stalk border if pedunculated
Tumor budding
20× hotspot (0.785 mm²). The model uses the same coefficient for BD2 and BD3
